Section 8 – Closed Beta 7264 + Patch

With a plot that should make the player to sink into the adventure, Section 8 will reach the new generation consoles and PC gaming system similar to the Battlefield franchise, where the player must take control of areas of land, but with a series of innovations.

To start the conversation, the world of Section 8, although with environmental future, not like in other games of science fiction where anything goes at the speed of light. Travel between worlds can take weeks. Communication is something that suffers a lot from the distance.

In the plot, two factions at war and the story of a soldier on memory and perseverance. On the one hand, the malvadões the Arm of Orion (the Orion arm, in English), the eighth division of the other armed, elite faction of the government.

The soldiers began to dominate the more distant planets of the galaxy without any fanfare, as the government believed it had happened only a drop in communication and that this be restored soon.

Later, discover the intention of the members of the Orion Arm, but it was too late, and besides its already fortified positions, an ambush had been prepared against the government.

This is where the game begins with Alex Corde (your character) literally diving to head in one of the lost planets to investigate. Furthermore, please note that the header is one of the great insights of the game.

Even in online games, the player starts on a spaceship about 15 thousand feet to the ground, which decides on a dive with 5 seconds long. All this in first person and with a resounding crash when the aterrisagem.

This makes the player free of the terrible spawn points – or points of birth, so common in titles such as Battlefield – here you are free to fall where you want the map. It is very similar to Medal of Honor: Airborne.

While in most games the player all that does is erect a picket for the team, in Section 8 dominate new territories provide much more than that. May be anti-air cannons to attack the soldiers who are approaching diving (the opponents also “born” so). Or a sensor which provides a radar for its entire team.

This results in a more tactical move, as have certain technologies are crucial points for the victory. Each team must therefore build their own tactics.

Moreover, the battle will be more scattered through the field: in Section 8 there will be a front of battle. Each team will monitor several islands on the map, which makes the experience more tangible, and at the same time more exciting.

What’s more, you can still send a request to send the flagship vehicle to the battlefield. These can be purchased through a system called Requisition points, which are acquired controlling strategic points of the map.

With them, you can ask which include heavy armor as a vehicle for one person (Mechs) or a tank of four places that have a specific weapon for each of the four seats.

Another aspect that draws attention in the game is that, like most titles in the genre of first person shooting in today, Section 8 does not limit the player to three or four pre-defined classes.

You can build your own classes, using the most diverse options for customization that the game offers. There are two such plants which are: active and passive personalization.

Both in single player mode and in multiplayer the DCM will be available, but the focus of them in each case is different. In order for a player, such tasks involve a connection with the story of Alex Corde, sevindo as a way to integrate the parallel storyline of Alex the game.

In consoles, the multiplayer has been confirmed for 16 players, and the objective is to allow between 24 and 32. In the PC, are already confirmed up to 32 simultaneous players, but there is a possibility that number increased to 54.
